Return Policy

At Millwala, part of Vasuparda Mills Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below, which applies to our B2C customers only.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e., not the product you ordered). If  an incorrect order being delivered pls send a picture or video of the parcel to us on WhatsApp or email and we will initiate another order which wii reach you within 7 working days.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.
  • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

certain items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products that are not in their original condition, packaging, or that have been altered in any way.
  • Perishable goods, including products that are close to or beyond their expiration date.

Return Process

  • Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Please follow the return process above, and indicate that you would prefer an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided that they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.
